Valentine’s Day is coming and 2NSB FM 99.3 is getting in the spirit!

Karen Rodrigues is holding a competition on her Breakfast in Bed show Saturday and Sunday mornings 7-10 AM. She would love to hear your Valentine story. In 25 words or less, email her how you met your Valentine, or your favourite Valentines Day memory. Her email is breakfastinbedradio@gmail.com. The winning entry will receive a dozen long stemmed roses on Valentine’s Day.

Graeme Lyndon with present a Valentine’s special next Wednesday 10th February between 2 and 4 PM, which will be devoted to romantic music.

Bells & Whistles this Sat 30th Jan

This Saturday on the Bells & Whistles program between 2-4pm Richard Bell will interview Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, one of Australia’s highest profile psychologists and an internationally recognised authority on teenage behaviour. Dr Carr-Gregg founded the world’s first National Report Group for teenage cancer patients “Canteen” and has been the Executive Director of the New Zealand Drug Foundation, Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne’s Department of Paediatrics; has been a political lobbyist and is a consultant psychologist to many schools and national organisations including Reachout and Beyond Blue.

You may have seen him as the parenting expert on Channel 7’s Sunrise program and on its Morning Show. He is the author of several bestselling books on parenting including Surviving Adolescence, The Princess Bitchface Syndrome and Real Wired Child. He has won many awards and is a leading Australian commentator and will talk about issues relating to computers, teenagers, parents and the media. It is a topic that affects every family.
